Carlos Tevez could feature for Manchester City against Chelsea
It has been a long time since Carlos Tevez last turned out for Manchester City, although Wednesday night’s game against Chelsea could see the striker finally re-appear for the Premier League club several months after his much-documented spat with Roberto Mancini.

Mancini claimed after that particular incident that Tevez was finished at Eastlands and it did appear as though the Argentine international would be moved on in January, although the striker remains on the books and is now back in full training with the English side.
While Mancini has stated that Tevez will need three or four appearances off the bench before a 90 minute stint can be considered, it is clear that the former captain could yet play a part and that a decision with regard to the Chelsea game will actually be made on Wednesday.
Mancini said: “He is getting better but I don’t think Carlo can have more than 25-30 minutes.
“A player like Carlo needs to play but for 90 minutes it is impossible. But if he can play 30 minutes, after 45, then in three or four games he could have 90 minutes, easily.
“On Wednesday we will decide. We want to know the situation with the players.”
Sergio Aguero, Mario Balotelli and Edin Dzeko were all involved last Thursday as City came from two goals down to beat Sporting 3-2.
