Sunday Premier League scores – wins for Chelsea and Tottenham
The Premier League weekend goalfest continued on Sunday as Chelsea ran riot at home to QPR, scoring four goals in the first 20 minutes and eventually running out as 6-1 winners.

Fernando Torres was the chief tormentor for the Blues, firing in a hat-trick to cap his best week as a Chelsea player since arriving from Liverpool for £50 million.
Daniel Sturridge opened the scoring in the first minute and John Terry silenced the boos from the away fans by doubling his team’s lead before Torres added three more.
Florent Malouda added further gloss to the scoreline before Djibril Cisse scored in the 84th minute although it will barely be a crumb of comfort for Mark Hughes on his return to Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Tottenham kept their Champions League hopes well and truly alive by beating Blackburn Rovers 2-0 although Steve Kean’s team are now perilously close to dropping out of the Premier League.
Rafael van der Vaart opened the scoring for Spurs before Kyle Walker’s excellent free-kick ensured that Harry Redknapp’s side leapfrogged Chelsea and Tottenham in the table.
