Premier League title race could be over next weekend claims Man City manager
Roberto Mancini watched his Manchester City team fail to win at home in the Premier League for the first time this season and now thinks that the title race could be all over bar the shouting by next weekend.

Manchester United have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the table to five points on Monday night when they play Blackburn, while the gap could be eight points by next weekend considering that City travel to Arsenal while the Red Devils host QPR.
Mancini reckons that eight points would prove insurmountable to his team although insists that the title isn’t completely out of reach, with his team being unlucky at various stages of the season.
“If we go eight points behind then it is finished,” said Mancini.
“It’s clear we are disappointed. We have made some mistakes, me and the team.
“We have also been unlucky, like losing three or four key players at an important moment. But when you are a strong team you should be able to pass these difficult moments.
“Yet football can change in two or three games. I had an experience in Italy with Inter Milan when we were five points behind with five games to go yet we still went on to win the title.”
