Mario Balotelli likely to leave Manchester City in the summer
Manchester City splashed out £24 million when signing Mario Balotelli from Internazionale in the summer of 2010, although the striker’s negatives have outweighed the positives, with the Italian getting his second red card of the season on Sunday.

Balotelli started the match against Arsenal alongside Sergio Aguero although he was fortunate not to be sent off early in the match for a dangerous challenge on Alex Song and was eventually dismissed for two yellow card offences.
After the game, Roberto Mancini admitted that the 21-year-old should have seen red early in the game and that the player was likely to leave Manchester City in the summer.
Mancini said: “I am finished. We have six games and he will not play in the next six games.”
When asked whether he would try to sell Balotelli at the end of the season, Mancini replied: “Probably – but I don’t know. It depends, because “But he can score also in the last minute.”
“I love him as a guy, I love him as a player, because I know him.
“He’s not a bad guy. He’s a fantastic player.
“But, at this moment, I’m very sorry for him because he continues to lose his talent, his quality.
“I hope, for him, that he can understand that he’s in a bad way for his future, and he can change his behaviour.”
