Bolton Wanderers 2 Queens Park Rangers 1 – QPR out of luck
Bolton Wanderers leapt out of the Premier League relegation zone on Saturday after beating Queens Park Rangers by a 2-1 scoreline.

However, there was a large element of fortune about the Trotters’ victory considering they only had three shots on target and they should have trailed midway through the first half when Clint Hill headed the ball over the Bolton goalline only for the goal not to be awarded.
The QPR players were up in arms and their sense of injustice would only grow a few minutes later when a lovely flighted ball found Darren Pratley unmarked in the visitors’ penalty area and the former Swansea midfielder nodded home the opener.
Rangers looked deflated by half-time, although they came out fired up in the second half and it only took a couple of minutes for the scoreline to be level, with Djibril Cisse racing through from arguably an offside position and slotting past Adam Bogdan.
QPR continued to dominate and could easily have been awarded a penalty before Ivan Klasnic found space in the 86th minute and the Croatian kept his composure to ensure the home side were celebrating at the final whistle.
