Arsenal 0 Chelsea 0 – Gunners inch towards Champions League
Arsenal and Chelsea shared eight goals at Stamford Bridge earlier this season, although it was a much tighter affair at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday lunchtime which saw the game finish in a goalless draw.

It was a match of few chances, with the Blues deploying the same defensive tactics that were in force on Wednesday night as Roberto di Matteo’s team sneaked a 1-0 win over Barcelona and the manager will be hoping for a third consecutive clean sheet on Tuesday.
Ultimately, if you manage to keep Robin van Persie quiet, there is every chance of stopping Arsenal and there were gargantuan performances from John Terry and Gary Cahill in the heart of the Chelsea defence.
The Dutchman was limited to a few half chances, with Petr Cech making himself big to stop the Arsenal captain at times, while Theo Walcott was worryingly injured for the home side towards the end of the contest.
Chelsea had Fernando Torres as the lone striker and chances were scarce for the £50 million man who might well be selected on Tuesday if Didier Drogba fails to recover in time.
As for Arsenal, the closest they came to scoring was towards the end of the first half when Laurent Koscielny headed against the bar.
