Pepe Reina set to swap Liverpool for Napoli next season
After making 285 appearances for Liverpool since 2005, it appears that Pepe Reina is now surplus to requirements at Anfield, with the 30-year-old set to join Napoli on a season-long loan.

Reina has been an ever-present for the Reds over the past eight seasons, although the arrival of Simon Mignolet from Sunderland a few weeks ago effectively signalled the end of the Spaniard’s time at Liverpool.
The goalkeeper will now link up with former manager Rafael Benitez in Naples, with Reina initially enjoying a season-long loan which could end up becoming a permanent move. He was previously linked with a return to Barcelona.
Benitez had previously tried to sign Julio Cesar for Napoli, although it was proving difficult to snare the Brazilian on a season-long loan from QPR.
Reina has been due to fly to Australia to link up with the Liverpool squad after being given time off after the Confederations Cup, although it now appears that he will instead jet to Italy and meet his new team-mates ahead of the Serie A season starting.
Mignolet will start his new Liverpool career as first choice between the sticks, with Brad Jones continuing as number two for the Reds.
