Netherlands v Turkey betting preview – Dutch will get campaign back on track
The Dutch fans haven't had too much to cheer about of late. With some poor form since finishing third in last summer's World Cup they desperately need to return to winning ways this weekend.

Louis van Gaal steered the side to the brink of the finals in Brazil last year, losing out to Argentina and settling for third place in the competition.
Guus Hiddink is now in charge of the side and so far he has failed to impress, the Dutch side losing all but two of their last six games. As such, the side is facing the extremely real prospect of missing out on a place in the tournament finals in France next year and a victory is very much a necessity.
Defeat would be disastrous for a Dutch side which sits some three points behind second-placed Iceland and some six points adrift of surprise qualifying group leaders the Czech Republic.
Saying that, the Netherlands can boast some prolific goalscoring talent and we firmly believe that they can clinch their third victory of the qualifying campaign when they host Turkey on Saturday.
Nevertheless, the Turkish side are certainly no pushover and the Dutch won’t be expected to have things all their own way. The visitors have scored in eleven of their last thirteen games and should contribute to the scoring against a Dutch side which has failed to keep a clean sheet in five of their last six matches since last year’s World Cup.
Guus Hiddink’s men can take some comfort from their 6-0 hammering of Latvia in their last encounter, however Saturday’s visitors will provide much tougher opposition and despite this looking set to be a home win, it certainly won’t be a comfortable victory and they may well be licking their wounds come the final whistle.
