Manchester United are struggling in title race claims Yaya Toure
Manchester City sit just two points ahead of the Red Devils in the Premier League table, although it hasn’t stopped one of their players from having a pop at Manchester United.

Yaya Toure helped City win the title two seasons ago before seeing the Red Devils regain their crown twelve months later, although the Ivorian isn’t expecting United to dominate this season and claims that they are “really struggling” this season.
He said in The Sun: “United will find it hard to defend the title since they have a new manager and are really struggling.
“Liverpool are a big threat at the moment because they have a strong squad and their strikers – Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge – are scoring goals at will.”
Perhaps Toure might end up regretting these comments, with United starting to pick up some momentum over the past few weeks, while Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie have also demonstrated that they can score goals at will.
Toure has also defended goalkeeper Joe Hart following his latest blunder, describing his team-mate as a “top keeper” although Manuel Pellegrini might be tempted to field Costel Pantilimon on Saturday when Norwich visit the Etihad Stadium.
Chelsea are now the Premier League title favourites following Sunday’s 2-1 win against City at Stamford Bridge, while United are fifth in the betting after a slow start to the campaign and they travel to Fulham this weekend.
