Liverpool FC agree £40million deal for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain
Liverpool bolster attacking midfield options by landing Oxlade-Chamberlain and also hope to sign Thomas Lemar

Liverpool have already landed a bargain in Mohamed Salah although Jurgen Klopp feels as though he needs more options in the attacking midfield department, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain set to sign for the Merseyside club.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has been unhappy at Arsenal for some time, with the England international previously expected to sign for Chelsea although he will now head north for a deal worth in the region of £40 million.
Some suggest that this signing could see Philippe Coutinho leave for Barcelona, although Liverpool insist that they are keeping the Brazilian although it’s clear that they have an interest in Thomas Lemar.
Monaco have been well and truly raided already this summer although it remains open to question whether the French club will sanction the sale of a player who is an integral member of the squad.
