Everton set to splash cash and sign Yannick Bolasie for £25 million
Everton will bolster attacking options as Bolasie leaves Crystal Palace

Ronald Koeman didn’t take the Everton manager’s job without assurances about a war chest and the Dutchman is set to add Yannick Bolasie to his squad next week.
The Crystal Palace winger headed to Merseyside on Sunday for a medical, with Alan Pardew having conceded defeat in his attempt to retain the services of a player who came off the bench during Saturday’s 1-0 reverse against West Brom.
“We know there is a big offer and a big club in for him,” said Pardew on Saturday. “The deal is close and he will go with my best wishes.”
While it represents a bitter blow to Palace who haven’t strengthened meaningfully this summer, Everton will be delighted to have the Congo winger in the squad and it bolsters attacking options.
Gerard Deulofeu was played as a central striker against Tottenham although Bolasie can play further forward, while Romelu Lukaku looks increasingly likely to remain at the club.
