Everton hold more talks with Sam Allardyce
Allardyce now the bookmaker favourite to replace Ronald Koeman as the Toffees continue to sink down the table

Everton have just twelve points from thirteen games played, with the Merseyside club having dispensed with the services of Ronald Koeman a few weeks ago and they are struggling under the tutelage of David Unsworth.
Sam Allardyce declared himself out of the running for the vacant position after getting the impression that Everton were hesitating over making a decision, although it appears that they might be returning to the highly-experienced manager.
Allardyce has successfully kept Bolton, Blackburn, West Ham, Sunderland and Crystal Palace in the top flight, with Everton now needing a rescue act and Big Sam is 1/4 to take charge at Goodison Park.
It appears that Allardyce would want to bring in Craig Shakespeare as assistant manager, with the former Leicester manager willing to come in and help rescue the Merseyside team.
