2014/15 Premier League final standings prediction
We’re expecting Chelsea to walk the title, with Liverpool missing out on a Champions League spot
October 21st, 2014
Eight rounds of Premier League games played and enough evidence to work out the final pecking order this season!
Chelsea are clearly champions-elect and Manchester City will obviously follow them home.
Meanwhile, Burnley and QPR give every sign that they will be relegated this term and we’ll send Crystal Palace down with them considering they are short of a decent striker.
Third spot goes to Manchester United based on their probable improvement and no Champions League football, with Arsenal tipped to edge out a Liverpool side who seem to have a monstrous Luis Suarez hangover right now.
Southampton will prove to be a surprise package and land themselves sixth spot ahead of Everton and Spurs, while West Ham and Hull City look set for top-half finishes.
The teams in the bottom half of the table will once again be separated by just a handful of points, including Newcastle, Swansea and Leicester, while Sunderland, Stoke, the Baggies and Aston Villa will all narrowly avoid the drop.
