West Brom v Arsenal preview – One-sided affair at the Hawthorns
Arsenal will return to winning ways this weekend
November 19th, 2015
Arsenal were unable to capitalise on Manchester City’s draw against Aston Villa prior to the international break, the Gunners being held to a draw themselves in the North London derby with arch-rivals Tottenham Hotspur at the Emirates Stadium.
This result halted their Premier League winning run of five matches, however we fully expect Arsene Wenger’s men to return to winning ways this weekend when they make the journey to the West Midlands to take on a West Bromwich Albion who go into this match on that back of two successive defeats to Leicester City and Manchester United.
The Baggies are sitting in the bottom half of the league table with just fourteen points and having managed just three wins from their last eight Premier League games, we expect them to struggle against an Arsenal side who have been enjoying an excellent season so far. West Brom to beat Arsenal is 13/2 with BetVictor.
Indeed, the Gunners have been in excellent league form away from the Emirates with fifteen points from their six away games this season and they have also managed to keep clean sheets in all but two of their last five outings in the Premier League.
Can they continue this record against West Brom? Of course they can, given that the Baggies are the joint lowest scorers in the Premier League, therefore a clean sheet for the Gunners will be the icing on the cake on Saturday afternoon. An Arsenal win-to-nil is 6/4 with BetVictor, with all new BetVictor customers able to claim up to £50 Free Bets when they bet up to £50.
