Watford v Bournemouth tips: Back both teams to score
Difficult to pick a winner here, however we're expecting a few goals at Vicarage Road
September 30th, 2016
Watford were enjoying something of a resurgence in fortunes until this was halted by Burnley last weekend with the Clarets running in 2-0 winners at Turf Moor. Nevertheless the Hornets have been impressing with their performances this season so far with excellent wins over West Ham and Manchester United.
Indeed, Watford have held their own against the bigger sides, taking the lead against Chelsea only to fall to two late goals and impressing against Arsenal despite ultimately losing 3-1.
It was something of a surprise then when the Hornets fell to newly-promoted Burnley last weekend, two goals either side of half-time securing the three points for the Clarets. Now is the time for Watford to bounce back from that disappointment although they will be in for a tough test from a Bournemouth outfit which will be in fine spirits following their 1-0 win over high-flying Everton on Saturday afternoon.
The Cherries have earned seven points for themselves thanks to their two wins and a draw in the opening six games. Wins over West Brom and Everton this month will have boosted confidence in the home camp and while they will find the going tough against the Hornets this weekend, we feel that they will have little problem in finding the net at some point, given that they have only drawn two blanks in their eight competitive games since the start of the campaign.
Similarly Watford have been in fine scoring fettle this season with the 2-0 weekend defeat the first time that they have failed to find the net since the start of the campaign. Are we suggesting that both sides will score on Saturday? Indeed we are and with 10bet going 5/6 for Both Teams to Score, this would appear to be the best betting option on a match which could really go either way.
