Ludogorets v Liverpool tips – oppose Reds for crunch Champions League clash
It’s impossible to be confident that Liverpool will beat Ludogorets this evening.
November 26th, 2014
Brendan Rodgers’ team only just beat the Bulgarian champions at Anfield before three consecutive defeats against Basel and Real Madrid (2), while Ludogorets have not been too shabby in the Champions League this term.
They took the lead against Real Madrid before losing 2-1 before beating Basel 1-0 at home to demonstrate that they are hard to beat at the Vasil Levski National Stadium, even if they were slayed 4-0 away to Basel.
For the Ludogorets players, this fixture represents a big chance to claim a famous scalp against a Liverpool side who are missing Mario Balotelli and potentially without Steven Gerrard who might not be able to play a full game after the endeavours of Sunday’s match at Selhurst Park.
Liverpool are temporarily looking like an ordinary team and the even money about them winning doesn’t look attractive even if they are better on paper than their opponents.
We like the 10/11 with Boylesports that the match ends all square or a win for the home side, with Liverpool having recently lost matches against Crystal Palace and Newcastle United.
Indeed, the Reds have been shabby on the road aside from a 3-0 drumming of Tottenham at White Hart Lane where Daniel Sturridge was still fit and firing on all cylinders.
