Leicester City v Arsenal Tips – Winning ways will return for Gunners
An impressive Leicester City will struggle at home to the Gunners on Saturday
September 25th, 2015
There can be no denying that Leicester City have started the season in very impressive fashion and Claudio Ranieri will certainly be a happy man, however his side have a tough task on Saturday afternoon when they entertain Arsenal at the King Power Stadium.
Very few can have predicted the great start that the Foxes have enjoyed, given the turbulent summer that they endured. Manager Niger Pearson was given the boot despite keeping the side in the top flight with nine victories from their last nine outings. His replacement – Claudio Ranieri – was greeted with a large degree of scepticism from both pundits and fans, although with Leicester unbeaten in their opening six games, he is now being hailed as a hero with the supporters.
Arsenal have had a very turbulent week, the side slipping to a 2-0 defeat at Chelsea last weekend. This defeat followed a 2-1 loss in the Champions League to Dynamo Zagreb, although they at least made it through to the fourth round of the Capital One Cup at the expense of Spurs in their midweek clash.
Can this win provide a spark for a strong comeback against Leicester City on Saturday? It won’t be easy – Leicester have grown in confidence after a very strong start to the campaign and have shown plenty of fighting spirit of late to secure points from unlikely situations. In complete contrast, the Gunners haven’t been at their best but should still have far too much quality for the home side on this occasion. For that reason, we’ll be tipping the visitors to claim all the points in the East Midlands this weekend.
