Hull City v West Brom tips – one goal could be enough for Tigers
Saido Berahino’s goal drought spells trouble for the Baggies
December 5th, 2014
Steve Bruce saw his team pinch a point at Goodison Park and he will now look to build upon this result by beating a West Brom side who are experiencing a similarly rough patch in the Premier League.
For the Baggies, the big problem is that the team rely too heavily on young Saido Berahino for goals and the striker has failed to score in any of the last six matches, with his drought set to continue for this match.
Manager Alan Irvine said: “We have asked a lot of a young player. He had a very good start to the season, there was a lot of interest in him and a lot of talk about him.
“I believe he will come back, he’s a good finisher and I really believe the goals will come again.
“There’s been a lot of focus on a young player and he has handled it well overall but I don’t think anyone would have been surprised to see Saido dropping off a little bit, which is what has probably happened.

Meanwhile, Hull are missing Mohamed Diame although bet365 go 6/4 about a win for City and that looks fair enough, with a 1-0 scoreline most likely considering both teams are short of confidence and lacking firepower.
