Crystal Palace v Arsenal tips – Gunners set to bounce back
Arsenal and Petr Cech out to make up for sorry West Ham performance
August 14th, 2015
Last Sunday’s 2-0 defeat to West Ham wasn’t in the script, although Arsenal can bounce back from that early setback and get some points on the board in this London derby.
A trip to Selhurst Park won’t be easy for any club this season although the Gunners will have fire in their bellies after that loss to the Hammers and let’s not forget this is a quality outfit likely to be challenging for the Premier League title.
It might be a game too soon for Alexis Sanchez to start, although Mesut Ozil can shine in the middle of the Gunners’ attacking trident, while Santi Cazorla and Aaron Ramsey can also pack a punch in midfield.
Petr Cech will be out to make amends for a sorry performance last weekend, with the defence likely to be a lot more robust against a Palace side who have recruited well this summer.
Yohan Cabaye was the flagship signing of the summer, with Patrick Bamford and Yanick Bolasie also vying for a starting berth although we should see the visitors make their class tell in this one.
