Chelsea v West Ham tips – Blues to squeeze past Hammers
Jose Mourinho's team should continue their winning ways in this London derby
December 23rd, 2014
Chelsea passed a major examination when winning 2-0 at Stoke City on Monday night, with the Blues withstanding a physical offensive from the Potters before sucker-punching Stoke to land victory.
It means that Mourinho’s men are three points clear of Manchester City although another banana skin has fallen in their path, with Chelsea having to contend with a West Ham team who escaped Stamford Bridge with a goalless draw last term.
Chelsea are a 4/11 chance to continue their 100% record at the Bridge this season and they should have too much for a Hammers team who are hit and miss on the road, even if Andy Carroll’s return has made them even more potent.
We are going for a home win but both teams scoring, with Allardyce’s side set to be more ambitious than simply defending.
