Burnley v Liverpool tips – Reds to edge Turf Moor clash
Liverpool can build on Sunday's 2-2 draw against Arsenal
December 23rd, 2014
Liverpool have had a weird 2014, with the Reds going close to a first league title in over twenty years before narrowly missing out to Manchester City.
Luis Suarez then left the club, Daniel Sturridge picked up an injury and the majority of Brendan Rodgers’ new signings have struggled to make an impact at the Merseyside club.
However, the level of performance is starting to improve, with the Reds outplaying Arsenal for much of Sunday’s 2-2 draw and they can carry that into the Boxing Day clash at Turf Moor by claiming victory.
Burnley have done pretty well on limited resources, although they don’t keep too many clean sheets and a small squad size could come back to haunt them against a Liverpool side who can rotate as much as pretty much any squad.
