Arsenal will be licking their lips at the prospect of facing a Manchester United team with several defensive problems although the absence of Laurent Koscielny is causing the Gunners their own problems at the back.

A fortnight ago, the north London side got ahead at the Liberty Stadium only to lose 1-0, with a 3-3 draw against Anderlecht previously seeing Arsene Wenger’s team go three goals to the good before the Belgian side came back.

Calum Chambers is struggling at right-back and Nacho Monreal is clearly not the answer in the middle of defence, while the visitors are without Daley Blind and Michael Carrick along with the likes of Rafael, Ander Herrera and David de Gea.

It points to a wide open attacking game of football and we can’t be too confident that either team will triumph.

After all, Manchester United haven’t won away from home all term but they do possess several attacking players including Robin van Persie who will line up against his former club.

On the flip side, Alexis Sanchez has been on fire and Danny Welbeck will be looking to carry his England form into a match against his former employers.

Radamel Falcao might even make an appearance which suggests it could be end-to-end stuff and we’re going for the draw along with an audacious scoreline which reflects that both teams will adopt attack as the best form of defence.
